• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to selected departure time. No-shows or late arrivals voids offer
• Aqua Donut is only permitted to sail around Victoria Harbour. Boat cannot be taken on the Yarra River
• Rates are per boat for a maximum of five or ten people as selected, including children aged 1+. Children aged under 1 are free of charge and do not count towards maximum capacity

Terms & Conditions:

• A photo ID and credit card used online must be brought on the day of activity for verification. The name in the booking and on the cards presented must match. Otherwise, the booking will not proceed and the payment will be forfeited
• The person designated as the driver must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and maintain a maximum blood alcohol level of 0.05% or below for the duration of the journey. The rest of the guests may consume alcohol (maximum two drinks per person may be taken on board), but any antisocial behaviour or intoxication can lead to the boat being remotely disabled and your booking cut short
• Guests are responsible for loss or damage caused to the boat or any other equipment supplied by Pleasure Cruising
• Guests are responsible for returning the Aqua Donut to Pleasure Cruising in a clean state and good working order, including removing all rubbish. In the event a boat is not returned clean and in good working order, a cleaning fee from A$50 may be charged
• Aqua Donut does not operate in rain or strong winds. If poor weather prevents safe sailing, guests can reschedule dates and times over a 12-month period without any additional fees. Poor weather is determined on the www.bom.gov.au site. Winds must not exceed 20 knots, be raining or have a storm or wind warning. For safety reasons these conditions are non-negotiable.
• Weather monitoring is the responsibility of Pleasure Cruising and the hirer. If at any point Pleasure Cruising representatives believe that the weather is not appropriate for safe sailing, Pleasure Cruising reserves the right to cancel the charter and defer to a later time. It is also the responsibility of the hirer to make sure they are operating the vessel in safe conditions and if the weather changes dramatically, the hirer agrees to come back to shore as soon as possible
• Participants must wear life jackets for the duration of the tour
• Fees apply for late returns, payable directly to Pleasure Cruising

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of A$500 must be paid on arrival by credit card only.
• Security deposit will be refunded when the boat is returned to the drop-off address on time and all other terms of the agreement are fully complied with
• If there is any damage to the hire equipment on its return or if there have been any other breaches of the agreement on the part of the hirer, the bond will be used to cover costs
• The security deposit is a pre-authorisation, and Pleasure Cruising will not withdraw the money. The pre-authorisation will be returned to your credit card within 8–14 business days; however, some banks may take longer. Pleasure Cruising has no control over this

Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants must not:
  • Board the boat unless in good physical condition;
  • Be under the influence of illegal drugs and nor have consumed excessive alcohol (as per Pleasure Cruising policies and state or territory legislation and regulation in the jurisdiction of the activity);
  • Litter (including throwing rubbish or liquids overboard) or damage the boat or any third party property;
  • Attempt to fish from the boat or interfere with any flora or fauna (in particular, aquatic life);
  • Behave in any manner which is unsafe, dangerous, unnecessarily loud, disruptive or offensive to others to the standard of a reasonable person, contrary to any policies of Pleasure Cruising or contrary to any law or policies of the state or territory in which the boat is hired;
  • Use or carry any illegal, prohibited or dangerous substance in or on a boat; and
  • Exceed the recommended or legal speed limit of the boat

Cancellation:

• This experience is non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
