7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Standard package dining inclusions:
- Breakfast at Oceans.
- Dinner buffet at Oceans.
- The option to exchange the buffet dinner for a three-course chef’s menu or US$40 credit per person at La Brezza and Suan Bua, once per stay.
- Drinks are served with dinner only for a maximum period of three hours (wine, spirits, beers, cocktails, soft drinks and mineral water).
- Please note: in-villa dining and in-villa minibar are not included.
All-inclusive upgrade package dining inclusions:
- Breakfast at Oceans.
- Mid-morning service (10.30am to 11am), afternoon tea (3.30pm to 4.30pm) and sundowner canapés at Viu Bar.
- Lunch: choice of buffet at Oceans or three-course chef’s menu at La Brezza or Suan Bua.
- Dinner: choice of buffet at Oceans, three-course chef’s menu or US$40 à la carte credit per person at La Brezza or Suan Bua, or US$40 à la carte credit per person at Al Khaimah.
- All-inclusive drinks: wine, spirits, beers, cocktails, soft drinks and mineral water.
- Bar service is available from 10am to 11pm at Viu Bar and Giraavaru Lobby Bar.
- Bar service at Waves Pool Bar is available between 10am and 6pm.
- Please note: in-villa dining is not included in the all-inclusive package.

- The included US$50 spa credit is per person, per stay and must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

- Restaurant reservations must be made in advance and confirmation will be subject to restaurant availability. Meal allowance cannot be reimbursed or exchanged and residual value expires at the end of the meal.
