Step into a Dream

Step outside of the everyday and into a dream, where Perth’s (Boorloo's) shiny skyscrapers and high-end restaurants are nestled alongside the natural beauty of the Swan River (Derbarl Yerrigan) and Kings Park and Botanic Garden (Kaarta Koomba), one of the world’s largest inner-city parks. Board a ferry in Fremantle (Walyalup) and say hello to the curious quokkas on Rottnest Island (Wadjemup) or hit the road to the sprawling vineyards of the Swan Valley.

In the magical Margaret River Region, fine dining and award-winning wine fuel long walks through enchanting national parks, limestone cave exploration and world-class surfing. Take an Aboriginal cultural tour, indulge in world-class food and local produce, and journey along the Cape to Cape Track.

Broome (Rubibi) becomes your gateway to the Kimberley and otherworldly natural wonders, from camel rides along 22 kilometres of impossibly white sand at Cable Beach (Walmanyjun) to dinosaur footprints at Gantheaume Point (Minyirr) and Roebuck Bay’s (Yawuru Nagulagun's) magical Staircase to the Moon, an optical illusion of shimmering moonlight on water.

Majestic beauty abounds in the Kimberley, welcoming adventurous travellers to admire the beehive stripes of the Bungle Bungle Range, ancient Aboriginal rock art, the mighty Horizontal Falls (Garaanngaddim) and awe-inspiring canyons and gorges. Walk straight off the beach into a marine wonderland, of more than 500 species of fish, 200 species of coral, and the 300-kilometre-long World Heritage Site-listed Ningaloo Reef (Nyinggulu). Further down the coast at Shark Bay’s (Gutharraguda’s / Gathaagudu’s) Monkey Mia, make friends with playful wild dolphins.

Western Australia is a place of natural wonders, supernatural contrasts and rare experiences. A truly wondrous place you could only dream of.
