If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns at our discretion if your product is returned in new condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused, and returned to us within 7 days of the product being delivered to you.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the original shipping cost of us shipping the item to you.
Exclusions to our Change of Mind Policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
Heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances)
Consumables (e.g. cosmetics)
Health products
Jewellery
Toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts
Intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery)
Products that are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
We believe you have made an unreasonable number of change of mind return requests; or
We suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse of this policy.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described, or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issue.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
