Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Estimated timeframes are as follows:
Metro areas: 3–5 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays outside of our control (such as carrier delays, weather events, or public holidays) may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location or take it to a nearby collection point. Re-delivery fees may apply if an item cannot be delivered and needs to be resent.
We currently deliver within Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to international addresses at this time.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please visit your Shop Orders page and click the “Request refund” button. You’ll be guided through the process to submit your request and provide any necessary details.
Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change of mind returns at our discretion if the item is returned in new condition. Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process a refund for the product value, excluding any original shipping fees.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please submit a refund request using the “Request refund” button on your Shop Orders page. Include details and, if possible, photographs of the issue. Our team will assess your claim and provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
In some cases, we may ask for the faulty or damaged item to be returned for assessment before processing your refund or replacement.
Processing Time
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
