7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date (or by 31 December 2026, whichever comes first). This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Disneyland Resort Tickets Inclusions and Fine Print

• Includes: 2, 3 or 4-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland Resort Ticket for One Child (3-9) or One Adult (10+), as per your accommodation package
• Theme park reservation required for park entry
• Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a Guest aged 14 or older to enter a theme park

• Your experience takes place at Disneyland Resort in California (1313 Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, California 92802, United States). Your experience takes place anytime between 8am and 11pm. Disneyland Resort in California is approximately a 35-minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
• Tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2028, whichever occurs first, and each day of use of a 1-Park per day Disneyland Resort Ticket constitutes one full day of use
• NOTE: This experience is exclusivey for tickets purchased with Luxury Escapes Accomodation Packages and not for general use
• How to redeem:

  • Create Your Party - If you haven’t linked your tickets to your Disney account, you’ll need to enter a valid Theme Park ticket for each person in your party to link their tickets to your account.

• At the Park:
  • Ensure you have made your Theme Park Reservation as above
  • Proceed directly to the applicable park entrance on the applicable date and present your theme park reservation and ticket, or have them scanned from your mobile device that has Internet access. You will not need to wait in Will Call or Ticket Purchase queues
• Theme Park Reservations and Availability:
  • To enter a theme park, Guests (ages 3 and older) need both valid admission and a theme park reservation for the same day and same park they want to visit.
  • Important: Guests with a valid ticket should visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration is required. Availability can change until the park reservation is finalised. Guests with multi-day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
  • Guests with 1-Park per day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
  • Disneyland Resort Multi-Day, 1-Park per Day Ticket, with applicable park reservation, is valid for admission to either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park each day over a specified number of days. The ticket is not valid for visits to both Theme Parks on the same day.
  • Applicable ticket and valid photo identification confirmation are required for same day readmission to same park
  • Tickets may be used on nonconsecutive days within a 13-day period and are subject to theme park reservation requirements noted above
  • Excludes: Food and drinks not listed in the inclusions, transfers, accommodation and flights
• Age Restrictions:
  • Child tickets apply for persons aged 3–9 years of age, who must be this age at the time of visiting a Park.
  • Adult rates apply for persons aged 10+ years and must be purchased separately.
  • Infants (2 and under) may attend free of charge and a ticket is not required.
  • Persons under the age of fourteen (14) years must be accompanied by someone 14 years of age or older while attending Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.
• Cancellations:
  • Multi-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland Resort Tickets may be eligible for cancellation if: the ticket has not yet expired; the ticket has not been used in full or part; the cancellation request is made and actioned within 365 days of purchase; the ticket has not been modified or exchanged by the guest with Disney or another Disney Company; ticket does not include a Lightning Lane Multi Pass; Ticket is not part of a limited time offer
  • Any change or cancellation to your hotel booking will result in any associated tickets being cancelled

Shuttle service to/from Disneyland:

• The hotel offers shuttle transportation to and from Disneyland Resort, with departure every half hour. The cost is US$7 per person, per day (kids three and under are complimentary). The hotel is close to the Anaheim Convention Center and SNA/John Wayne Airport and offers discounts on airport transportation, click HERE for more information.
• Hours may vary and are based on Disneyland hours of operation.
• Departure from Hotel Front Drive every 30 minutes at the quarter of the hour. Leaving 45 minutes prior to the park opening.
• Departure from Disneyland at Station 13 every 30 minutes at the top of the hour, with the last shuttle leaving one hour after park closes.
• No shuttle service from 11.45am – 12.15pm and 7.45pm – 8.15pm.
