INTRODUCTION

• The “Win a Trip to Paros” Competition (“Competition”) is offered by Space NK Limited (registered no. 02773985) with registered address of 5th Floor Shropshire House, 11-20 Capper Street, London, WC1E (“Space NK”) and Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (registered no.150 650 927) with registered address of Level 4, 68 Clarke St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia (“Luxury Escapes”).
• The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Australia aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Competition, except for employees of Space NK and Luxury Escapes, their group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Competition and any member of their respective immediate families.
• The Competition begins on Thursday 24th April 2025 at 5pm AEST / 8AM BST and ends on Thursday May 8th April 2025 at 5pm AEST / 8AM BST (“Competition Period”). Entries received after the Competition Period will not be valid.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

• To enter, you must follow both @SpaceNK and @Luxury.Escapes on Instagram and leave a comment tagging your friend and telling us why you should win.
• Upon completion of the above, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Competition. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

SELECTION OF WINNER

• Entries will be judged on the creativity of the answer provided, determined at the judge’s sole discretion.
• 1 winner will be chosen from all valid entries within 72 hours of the Competition closing.
• The potential prize winner will be notified via direct message to their Instagram account on or around 12th May. The potential prize winner will be required to respond to the message to claim the prize within seven (7) days of the notification.
• All costs and expenses (including transportation, meals, visa and insurance) not included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

CONDITIONS

• Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by us.

LIABILITY

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Competition or receipt or misuse of any prize.
• We do not accept responsibility for any entry which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected, or which does not comply with these terms and conditions.

GENERAL

• Any decision of Space NK and Luxury Escapes in respect of the Competition is final.
• We reserve the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
