Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is located on the Kohala Coast, directly on Anaeho’omalu Bay, offering guests easy access to Hawaii’s pristine beaches. Nearby landmarks include the Pu’ukohola Heiau National Historic Site, the Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa volcanoes, and Waikoloa Kings’ and Queens Shops for entertainment, shopping and dining. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Kona International Airport (KOA). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Credit can be used at Hawaii Calls Restaurant, Aka’Ula and Pool Service (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
• The US$40 plus tax daily resort fee includes the following: enhanced high-speed in-room Wi-Fi, daily pool fitness classes for up to two people, five complimentary daily cultural activities for up to two people (including lei making, hula lessons, Hawaiian language, Hawaiian games, walking tour and ukulele lessons), daily tennis court rentals with rackets and tennis balls for two and two Waikoloa speciality welcome cocktails or mocktails (per package).
• Cabana rental is available from 9am to 5pm and must be booked in advance from the Beach Shack located at the pool.

• Beach Shake will provide the location and cabana number at the time of booking. This is a one-time offer and can only be used for one day.
• One Sunset Luau experience per package: savour authentic dishes cooked in an imu (pit oven) alongside a menu of fresh, local flavours. Delight in Hawaiian songs, dances and the Samoan fire knife dance. This experience is only held on Mondays and Saturdays at 5.30pm. Bookings for Cabanas can be pre-booked by emailing waikoloadiningreservations@marriott.com or by calling Esther Okada at 808 886-8126 Monday–Friday from 8am–4pm HST.
• Daily cultural activities inclusion is only valid for two activities per day.
• Cultural activities include a garden tour, a lei ceremony, a ukulele lesson, tropical soap making and more.
• Guests will receive two credits per day, at the time of check-in, for their nightly beer, wine, Mai Tai or sunset fruit punch (non-alcoholic) per adult.
