Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Deluxe Room and Deluxe Room Ocean Packages are valid for two adults and two children.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children. See the ‘Child Policy’ below:
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) are included in the package, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and inclusions. One rollaway bed can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge, subject to availability.
Three-Bedroom Villa Packages are valid for two adults and three children.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is six people (three adults and three children OR two adults and four children). See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: For a seven-night package, one additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of USD$256 for the whole package, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and all inclusions. For a ten-night package, one additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of USD$349 for the whole package, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and all inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.
