Villa Arjuna Family 4BR w/Infinity Pool, Pererenan
Set in Bali’s laidback Pererenan, this four-bedroom, two-level villa pairs open-air living with lush green outlooks. An open-plan design flows to a terrace framing an L-shaped infinity pool, with loungers and a private parking space onsite. Natural ventilation is prioritised throughout, with locally made Sensatia Botanicals amenities in each bathroom.
A dedicated villa manager, host and daily housekeeping keep the residence running smoothly, supported by garden and pool staff. Optional extras include in-villa breakfast, floating breakfast trays, private chef dining, massages, drivers and airport transfers.

No deposit
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM for this 4-bedroom villa. Luggage drop-off is available from 11:00 AM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of IDR 200,000 to cover staff overtime. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM is charged at 50% of the daily villa rate; after 6:00 PM, a full day’s rate applies. Luggage storage is available after check-out.
Daily housekeeping is provided between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Linen is changed every third day as part of the villa’s sustainability practices.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. In-villa breakfast can be arranged for IDR 160,000 per person (minimum 5 guests). Floating breakfast is available for IDR 150,000 per tray. Additional dining services, including private chefs, set menus, and BBQ options, can be arranged at an extra cost.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests as standard, with a maximum of 10 guests allowed. The 9th and 10th guests are charged at IDR 365,000 per person per night. Extra beds can be arranged upon request.
Please note that there is ongoing construction next to the villa, and some noise may be experienced during your stay.
The villa features open-air living spaces with natural ventilation. As part of Bali’s tropical environment, guests may encounter insects, geckos, and other wildlife despite regular pest control. Surrounding areas such as rice fields, farms, and natural landscapes are not part of the villa and may be accessed by local residents.
Only villa-approved vendors are permitted for services such as spa treatments, private chefs, yoga, and decorations. Use of external vendors is strictly prohibited and will incur a penalty fee.
Guests are provided with bathroom amenities from Sensatia Botanicals and are encouraged to follow the villa’s waste separation system using the provided bins.
Guests are responsible for logging out of personal streaming accounts (e.g. Netflix, YouTube) prior to check-out.
