Special instructions

This property offers transfers from the airport. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn’t offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in.

The general deposit is THB 10,000 per night for 1 Bedroom Villa bookings, THB 20,000 per night for 2 Bedrooms Villa, THB 30,000 per night for 3 Bedrooms Villa, THB 40,000 per night for 4 Bedrooms Villa, THB 50,000 per night for 5 Bedrooms Villa, THB 60,000 per night for 6 Bedrooms Villa, THB 70,000 per night for 7 Bedrooms Villa and THB 80,000 per night for 8 Bedrooms Villa.

• Rollaway bed fee: THB 5650.0 per day

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.
