This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 2:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is only accessible by boat. Scheduled airport shuttle or limousine pick-up service (surcharge, nonrefundable) to the piers operate between 6 AM and 4 PM. Transfer boats (surcharge) run at the following scheduled times: Depart from TreeHouse Villas to Yacht Haven Marina (Phuket) at 9:30 AM and 3 PM; depart from Yacht Haven Marina (Phuket) to Resort at 11 AM and 4 PM; depart from Resort to Tha Len Pier (Krabi) at 1:30 PM; and depart from Tha Len Pier (Krabi) to Resort at 2 PM.

• Child Policy: All guests must be aged 18 years and over. Younger children and babies are not permitted.
• Transfers: Scheduled return airport transfers from Phuket International Airport with speedboat connection from Yacht Haven Marina are included for 7+ night stays only. Please contact the resort at least 48 hours before arrival via email at res@treehouse-villas.com.
• Koh Pak Bia trip is a half-day tour. National park entry fees are not included. The tour leaves around 11am and returns around 2pm. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Update 29 April 2025 4PM AEST: Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

• Mandatory TDAC: All non-Thai travelers must complete the TDAC online.
• Deadline: The TDAC must be submitted within three days prior to arrival.
• Submission: The TDAC can be submitted on the official website: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home.
• Exemption: Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.
• Support at the airport: Assistance will be available at the airport for those who cannot complete the TDAC online before arrival, but this is intended for exceptional cases only.
• Travel Insurance: It is recommended to purchase Thailand travel insurance, especially for those with pre-existing medical conditions.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of THB3900 per person applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner. For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB5500 applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Return land and sea transfers (7+ nights only):

• TreeHouse Villas can pick you up straight from the airport or any hotel in Phuket or Krabi and transport you directly to the resort.
• The transfer will deliver you to Yacht Haven Marina in Phuket or Thalen Pier in Krabi, where you will be transferred to TreeHouse Villas’ pier by speedboat.

Boats operate on the following schedule:

• 9.30am: TreeHouse Villas to Yacht Haven Marina(Phuket)
• 11am: Yacht Haven Marina to TreeHouse Villas
• 1pm: TreeHouse Villas to Yacht Haven Marina
• 1.30pm: TreeHouse Villas to Thalen Pier (Krabi)
• 2pm: Thalen Pier to TreeHouse Villas
• 2pm: Yacht Haven Marina to TreeHouse Villas
• 3pm: TreeHouse Villas to Yacht Haven Marina
• 4.30pm: Yacht Haven Marina to TreeHouse Villas

Test & Go: Covers all Thailand destinations. If travelling outside of Sandbox area, then apply for Thailand Pass under Test & Go program. You must quarantine the first night to wait for your negative RT-PCR test, then you are free to go anywhere in Thailand. Find out more here.
