Getting to Bali is easy. Qantas, Garuda Indonesia, Jetstar, Air Asia, Virgin, and more have flights departing daily from most Australian capital cities with an average duration of six hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of three hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of five hours), Dubai (approx flight time of nine hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of four hours).

Convenient return airport transfers from Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) are included in your package.The resort is located a 40-minute drive from Bali’s international airport. Please contact the hotel directly to organise your transfers prior to your arrival.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

One-Bedroom Villa – Packages are valid for two people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$120 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Three-Bedroom Villa – Packages are valid for six people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is nine people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Please note: Nanny services are available for four hours daily, maximum of two kids or one infant per nanny. Driver services are available for up to eight hours per day.

Please note: Butler service is available daily from 7am to 10pm.

Please note: Villa stays purchased with Luxury Escapes cannot be used for staging weddings or events at The Ungasan Clifftop Resort. Villas purchased on Luxury Escapes may be used as additional accommodation for wedding guests and post stays.
