The Stones Hotel is moments from Kuta Beach, Seminyak’s best restaurants and boutiques are 20 minutes away and Beachwalk Shopping Centre is a short stroll away, while the Kuta Art Market is only a 15-minute drive away.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Stones Kitchen from 6.30am to 11am.
• Daily two-course set menu lunch or dinner is served at Stones Kitchen or Big Fish Grill from 11am to 11pm.
• Children dine from a dedicated kids’ menu.
• Nightly cocktails can be redeemed from a select menu at the Pool Bar any time during the stay, with two signature cocktails per adult, per night. Vouchers are non-cumulative and cannot be carried over. Any unused cocktails will be forfeited the next day.
• Welcome popsicle is served in the lobby on arrival.
• The in-room minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks only.
• Included massages take place at Celestine Spa, open daily from 11am to 10pm. Please book one day in advance with the spa directly or the reservations team.
• Jasper Kids’ Club is open daily from 9am to 6pm, with a limit of three hours per child. Children under 5 require adult supervision.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• Valid for up to three adults or two adults and two children only. Fourth guest will be required to purchase their own return transfers.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
