Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

What to Expect During the Festival:

• Hotel Amenities:
  • Beachfront Lawn: The stage setup will begin on April 10, starting from 8:00 AM. The lawn will be used for the event on April 11 and will return to normal on April 12.
  • Pool: The pool will be open for hotel guests until 1:00 PM. It will reopen on the morning of April 12 at 8:00 AM.
  • Gym & Sauna: Closed from 11:00 AM on April 11 and will reopen as normal on April 12.
  • The Hut & Spa Cabana: Closed on April 11.
• Food & Beverage:
  • Lido: Open for breakfast as usual, but will close after 10:30 AM for the day.
  • Praça: Closed for dinner on April 11. You can still join Praça Afternoon Tea, which operates as usual from 3 PM – 5 PM, relocated at Juice cafe.
  • Room Service: A special late-night menu will be available until 3:00 AM.
  • The Standard Spa: Open as usual. We highly recommend making a reservation in advance.
• For Guests Joining the Fun

If you’re here for the party, you can purchase tickets or tables in advance on the Kolour’s Megatix website. In-house guests get exclusive access to purchase tickets and table bookings at our Box Office in The Meeting Room on the date of the event on April 11, 2026.

• For Guests Seeking a Quiet Escape

If you prefer a calm oasis, we’ve got you covered. We are pleased to offer a complimentary alternative day pass for pool and beach access on April 11. Our Front Office team will gladly assist with transportation.
