A short drive will take guests to Bali’s famous Eat Street, the centuries-old Petitenget Temple and the Seminyak Square shopping complex. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• The Garden Room is located in an independent building across the street from the main resort.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Santan Restaurant from 7am to 11am.
• Daily a la carte lunch or dinner is served at Sanje Restaurant & Lounge. Lunch is served from 12pm to 5pm.
• Dinner is served from 6pm to 10.30pm.
• Daily free-flow cocktail hour takes place at Sanje Restaurant & Lounge from 5pm to 6pm.
• Massages, spa treatments, sauna and jacuzzi use, resort activities, morning yoga and bike hire must be booked 24 hours in advance.
• Sauna use is once per package.
• The 30-minute photoshoot needs to be booked 24 hours in advance and takes place in the resort area.
• Guests receive one complimentary photo, and all additional ones are charged.
• The 10% spa discount at Kahyangan Spa is valid for any treatment, but cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Daily morning yoga is held at the chapel or garden and starts at 7am.
• Guests must inform the front office if they wish to use the shuttle service to Seminyak Square. The shuttle service is a drop-off service only.
• Guests staying in the One Bedroom Ocean Pool Villa and Ocean Suite with Jacuzzi will receive a one-time complimentary minibar. Alcoholic drinks not included.
• Lounge access (select packages only) includes complimentary self-service tea, coffee, water, fruit and cookies.
• The welcome drink is served upon check-in at the lobby.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
