Can I change my check in date post purchase: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

Buy Now Book Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now & Book Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Booking Guarantee: Where you choose to ‘Buy Now and Book Later’ you are entitled to our Booking Guarantee. If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don’t secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a ‘rejected request’ email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. If it is still unavailable we will promptly provide a full refund.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest may stay for a surcharge of $50 per night, sleeping on existing bedding (fold out sofa or rollaway bed) with accommodation only, payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: Children under the age of two may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort for a surcharge of $45 per stay.

Three-Bedroom Apartment

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is seven guests. See ‘Extra Guest Policy’ for more information.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest may stay for a surcharge of $50 per night, sleeping on existing bedding (fold out sofa or rollaway bed) with accommodation only, payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: Children under the age of two may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the resort for a surcharge of $45 per stay.

Please note, all apartments in this package are Garden View. If you would like to upgrade to a guaranteed lagoon view Apartment contact the resort.

Eumundi Market transfer only valid when two adults book on Wednesdays and Saturdays (excluding public holidays) and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Not valid over Christmas school holidays. Advance bookings via phone are essential, please book at least 48-hours in advance.

The Loose Goose discount valid up to $40 value. Not valid on public holidays. Advance bookings essential.

Twin Waters Golf Club discount valid Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (subject to availability). Not valid public holidays or tournament days. Glass of wine with every main meal purchased valid only at Nineteen Bar & Restaurant between 11am & 3pm.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this accommodation package.
