A short walk from Palm Cove Beach, The Sebel Palm Cove is located at the edge of Williams Esplanade and surrounded by boutique restaurants and bars. The UNESCO World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest are within easy reach of this charming seaside village. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Cairns Airport (CNS). Airport transfers are not included in your stay, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • Includes: Return transfers from The Sebel Palm Cove to Cairns, return catamaran tours from Cairns to Moore Reef pontoon, four hours to explore the reef on the docked pontoon, snorkelling equipment, lycra suit, semi-submersible tour, glass-bottom boat tour, underwater observatory, fish feeding presentations, waterslide, enclosed ocean pool, gourmet tropical-inspired lunch and onboard Wi-Fi.
• Valid for two adults (16+) only.
• All guests must review the medical checklist prior to booking.
• Sea conditions vary every day. The pontoon and catamaran are very stable and safe. If the rare occasion occurs and it is deemed that it isn’t safe to operate due to sea conditions, passengers will be offered travel on an alternate day or will receive a refund.
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements.
• Passengers who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take necessary precautions such as motion sickness medication prior to travel.
• Itinerary and reef site access are subject to change. The description has been provided as a guide only and may vary according to the conditions of the day.
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability.
• ID is required for check-in.
• Great Barrier Reef catamarans are equipped with gangways for boarding from the Cairns Marina and to the pontoon. These gangways are narrow so it is advised for wheelchair access that you get in contact with our team prior to your tour date to ensure your ability to board comfortably and safely.
