Update 29 August 2024 9.40am AEST: Please note the Floating Market Restaurant will be closed for refurbishment from 18 August to10 October 2024. The Activity Room and Mango Bar will be closed for refurbishment from 31 August to 10 October 2024 and Joy Zone Landscape will be closed from 31 August to 15 September 2024. Renovations will occur from 8am to 5pm. The rest of the resort will remain fully operational.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.
