Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 15 March 2022 until 23 December 2023 (bookings must be made before 23 October 2023).

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Luxury Escapes will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Luxury Escapes credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 22 March 2023, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Child Policy: Guests under 12 are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of A$60 per adult (12+) and A$30 per child (4–12) applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner. Payable directly to the hotel. Infants under 4 may partake free of charge.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of A$110 per adult (12+) and A$55 per child (4–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner. Payable directly to the hotel. Infants under 4 may partake free of charge.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
