The Peninsula Bangkok is ideally situated on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, and guests can enjoy a complimentary boat service to IconSiam Shopping Complex, BTS Saphan Taksin skytrain Station and Peninsula Pier, every 30 minutes between 6am and midnight. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served Monday to Friday, from 6am to 10.30am, and Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, from 6am to 11am at the River Café & Terrace.
• The buffet dinner is served Monday to Sunday, from 6pm to 10pm at the River Café & Terrace and does not include drinks.
• The nightly cocktail is served at The Lobby from 6.30am to 10pm, The Pool Bar from 6am to 10pm and The River Bar from 4pm to midnight.
• The traditional afternoon tea (select packages only) is served Monday to Sunday, from 2pm to 6pm at The Lobby.
• The 60-minute massage will be your choice of either a relaxing or Thai massage. Advance reservations are recommended. The Peninsula Spa operates daily from 9am to 11pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
