7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served between 7am to 11am at Jahe Restaurant. Breakfast is a choice of hot made-to-order dish.
• Daily cocktail per adult is available from 11am to 10pm from the Island Creations menu and can be redeemed from the Poolside Bar or Jahe Restaurant.
• One-time dinner is served between 6pm to 9.30pm at Jahe Restaurant. Advance bookings made 24 hours in advance are required.
• One-time lunch is served at the Pool Bar. Lunch is a traditional Nasi Yasa platter to share, served 11am to 6pm. Bookings are required 24 hours in advance.
• Included massage is a choice of Signature or Balinese massage at The Pavilions Spa. Advance bookings are required. Massages are available from 11am to 7pm.
• Balinese afternoon tea is served at Poolside Bar or in your villa from 12pm to 6pm, advance booking is required.
• Transfers are available from 7am until 11pm and can be pickup or departure, subject to availability, and must be booked in advance.
