Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Customers who book the package and are not Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States of America, Malaysia and Hong Kong residents will pay a surcharge of US$36.30 per room, per night upon check-in.

Non Compulsory Christmas Eve or Day Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 & 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR 516,670 per person applies for the non compulsory Christmas Eve or Day Gala dinner. A charge of IDR1,100,000 net applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1,896,070 per person applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. A charge of IDR2,450,000 applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 22 March 2023, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Fine Print:

• Our local team will be in touch within one to two business days to book in your desired date.
• A three-seater passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage, whereas a six-seater passenger car can fit six pieces.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat, each way. Guest are allowed to bring their own.
• The driver will wait for up to one hour. At that point, the airport transfer will be considered cancelled.
