The Mulia

The Mulia boasts a prime location on a pristine stretch of Nusa Dua beachfront. You can take a short walk to Pura Geger Temple and delve into the history and culture of the area, visit Museum Pasifika to marvel at historical artefacts and traditional Balinese artworks, or swim up to Sawangan, where you can enjoy some of the best swells on the island. Important: Campaign packages are valid for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Malaysia and Hong Kong residents only. Customers who aren’t a resident of Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, Malaysia or Hong Kong will pay a surcharge of US$36.50 per room, per night on check-in, payable directly to the resort.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 11 March 2024, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Optional Christmas Eve or Day Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 or 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR715,715 per person (IDR 1,208,790 for guests not included in the base package) applies for the non-compulsory Christmas Eve or Day Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR2,017,070 per person (IDR2,539,790 for guests not included in the base package) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Does not include drinks. Payable directly to the resort.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the Christmas Eve/Day and New Year’s Eve Surcharge section above for information regarding dining inclusions on 24 and 25 December 2023 and 31 December 2023.
• Dine-Around Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Excludes Soleil Sunday brunches and dining on 24 and 25 December 2023, 31 December 2023 and 1 January 2024. Dine-around credit is net, including tax and service charges.
• Daily breakfast is available between 7am and 11am.
• Daily lounge access is available between 4pm and 6pm.
• Mulia Kidz access is suitable for children aged from three to eight years.

Private airport transfers

Inclusions:

• English-speaking driver.
• Airport parking fee and toll fee.
• A 330ml bottle of water per person.

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed a form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
• Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way or you may bring your own seat to fit in the car.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

VIP Arrival-Departure Service

Inclusions:

• Use the Fast Track package to skip all the queues for your departure, perfect for those travelling with kids or seniors.
• Meet and greet by dedicated staff at the departures meeting point.
• Escort through security checkpoint and immigration on arrival and boarding gate or lounge at departure.
• Assistance with the check-in process.
• Airport premier lounge access, with international food and drinks, business center access, kids’ playground corner, complimentary Wi-Fi and more.
