Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,500 per adult (12+) and THB3,250 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Infants dine free. Gala does not include drinks. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy (Seaview Pool Villa Romance & Seafront Pool Villa In Love): Guests under 12 are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at The Kati Restaurant from 6am to 11am, or in-room breakfast is available.
• Daily lunch or dinner features a two-course set menu. Lunch is served at The Kati Restaurant from 11am – 6pm. Dinner is served at Kati Restaurant from 6pm – 11.45pm (last order 10.30pm) or Param Para Restaurant from 6pm – 11.45pm (last order 10.30pm). Children dine from the kids’ menu only.
• Daily free-flow cocktail hour includes local spirits, beers, cocktails and soft drinks, available at Kokos Pool Bar and Tin Lounge from 4pm – 5pm.
• Included massages (select packages only) are a Thai massage or standard oil massage, available at Nalinya Villa Spa. Advance booking is required with the front desk or with the spa directly.

• The 10% spa discount applies to all treatments at Nalinya Villa Spa. Pre-booking is required. Spa open daily 9am – 7pm. Does not apply with any other promotions.
• Little Octopus Kids’ Club is available for children aged 4–12 years, open daily from 9am – 5pm.
• Complimentary buggy service to Phet Kasem Road is available on demand with no time restrictions.
• Unlimited complimentary access to facilities at The Sands include access to water park, kids club and restaurants. Transportation between resorts are not included.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
