The Balé Nusa Dua

The Balé Nusa Dua is located in Bali’s serene southern tip, with complimentary transfers to the main part of town departing from the resort daily. The resort is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Return airport transfers are included in your package. Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Child Policy: Guests under 16 are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served from 7am to 10.30am at Faces Restaurant or in-villa.
• Daily lunch or dinner are served at Faces Restaurant. Lunch is served from 11am to 3.30pm. Dinner is served from 5pm to 10.30pm.
• Nightly cocktail is a choice from the hotel’s signature cocktails and is served at Fluid Bar from 12pm to 10.30pm.
• Included massage is a traditional Balinese massage, available at The Spa from 9am to 10pm. Advance booking is required.
• Please contact the resort directly with flight information to organise airport transfers.
• Hotel shuttle is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
• The minibar is stocked once per stay and includes a selection of snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Butlers are available around the clock to accommodate all guest requests.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club.
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Return transfers from Nusa Dua hotel to Canna Bali Beach Club, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine.
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

• Transfers between Canna Bali and the Airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:
