Taychreggan Signature Collection by Eight Continents, UK sits on a secluded peninsula on the shores of Loch Awe in Argyll, surrounded by 40 acres of wooded grounds and breathtaking Highland scenery. Just 40 minutes from the ferry town of Oban, the hotel offers an ideal base for exploring Scotland’s best, including Glencoe and Glen Etive via the spectacular Glen Orchy, or island-hopping to Mull and Iona.

The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from Glasgow Airport (GLA). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Drinks are not included, however guests may use their welcome drink inclusion during dinner. Menu subject to change based on seasonality.
  • Afternoon tea is served at Loch-Smith Restaurant with loch views, or outdoors (weather permitting) from 1pm to 4pm. Includes selection of teas or coffee, cream scones, cakes and finger sandwiches. Booking is required.
  • Welcome drinks are available at the bar and can be enjoyed anywhere on the property. Includes wine, beer, spirits, tea or coffee and soft drinks up to the value of GBP8 per person. Additional drinks are charged to the room and will be settled upon checkout.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
