  • Daily laundry service is up to six pieces per villa per day. Excludes dry cleaning.
  • Car service to and from Ubud Centre operates between 8am to 6pm.
  • Daily afternoon tea is served from 4pm to 6pm at Panen Padi Lounge.
  • One-time photo session with professional photographer also includes a digital photo.
  • Daily sunset cocktails are served from 6pm to 7pm at Tempayan Restaurant.
  • Breakfast can be served in-villa, at the main restaurant or poolside from 7am until 10:30am. One special ‘floating breakfast’ is included, additional are available at an additional charge.
  • Please note the duration of the hot air balloon experience is approximately 7 to 10 minutes and can climb up to 50m, while tethered to the ground. This experience is recommended for a small family or couple, with a maximum weight of 150kg. The experience will only operate with a minimum of two rides per schedule (in the morning OR afternoon). Please contact the hotel directly for more details.
