Adults-Only Resort: This is an adults-only (18+) resort. Guests aged 17 years and under are not permitted.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Breakfast is available between 7am and 9am daily at Na Vatu Pool restaurant or it can be delivered to your room.
- Lunch is available between 12pm and 2pm daily at Na Vatu Pool restaurant or it can be delivered to your room.
- Dinner is available between 6pm and 9pm daily at Na Vatu Pool restaurant or it can be delivered to your room.
- Nightly fre-flow cocktails are available between 5pm and 7pm and include the following cocktails: pina colada, Long Island iced tea, cosmopolitan, mojito, mai tai and Na Vatu special. Selection is subject to change. Cocktails are served at the Complex Bar.
- In-room non-alcoholic minibar includes juices, soft drinks, water, milk, cookies, salted peanuts, chocolate bars and potato chips.
- Daily drinks are available between 10am and 10pm and include Fiji beers, wines and soft drinks. Guests may order drinks from the bar or have them delivered to their room.
- Daily massage is at Waisiliva Spa Bure.
- Sandbar Lunch Experience: This experience can be a picnic and snorkelling lunch at the sand pit, or snorkelling then return to Na-vatu restaurant for lunch. If it is particularly hot, it is recommended that lunch is consumed at the resort with drinks provided afterwards at the sandbar. Drinks include refreshing fruit juices, bottled water, and local beers or wines.
- Private island picnic lunch includes a selection of chicken drumsticks and fish fillets with vegetables and salads, along with fresh coconut juice, fruit juices, local beers or wines.
- Private beachfront dinner can only be enjoyed on the final night before checkout, from man a la carte menu between 6pm and 9pm.
- Complimentary resort activities include kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, guided walks to the neighbouring village and a sunset boat ride.
- Pure Fiji gift pack consists of body butter, sugar rub, body oil and body lotion.
Helicopter Transfers Upgrade
- Island Hoppers Fiji will email you within 1–2 business days to book in your desired date.
- The helicopter transfer includes a private meet and greet on arrival, private lounge access with Wi-FI, coffee and snacks, private boarding gates and personal luggage handling.
- Island Hoppers Fiji requests that passengers check in 30 minutes before departure time to allow for the completion of the facilitation process and allow for an on-time departure. Please note that the flight time is approximately 15 minutes each way.
- Baggage allowance is 15kg per person with excess baggage fees of FJ$12 per kilo (approx A$6) payable depending on availability of space. If no space is available, the luggage can be stored at the airport in locked lockers or sent on the next available flight.
- All departures are subject to weather conditions. Should weather conditions result in flight cancellation and alternative transport cannot be arranged, guests may be required to stay overnight at their own expense. Travel insurance is recommended.
- Helicopter operating time is within daylight hours, typically between 6.30am and 5.30pm. Please note May, June and July have shortened daylight hours.
- Actual flight times are subject to change due to flight schedules. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. Island Hoppers Fiji will re-confirm flight times the day before travel if passengers booked locally or are already in the country. If passengers are not in the country, bookings should be reconfirmed the day before departure –phone Fiji + 679 672-0410.
- Passenger shall not take onto the aircraft or include in his luggage any explosives, volatile spirits, corrosives, any easily ignitable articles or offensive thing likely to cause inconvenience to other passengers or anything likely to endanger the aircraft, other passengers or goods.
