Booking Guarantee: Where you choose to ‘Buy Now and Book Later’ you are entitled to our Booking Guarantee. If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don’t secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a ‘rejected request’ email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. If it is still unavailable we will promptly provide a full refund.

Accommodation packages are valid for two adults aged 18 years or older.

Blackout Dates: Not available for travel from 23 December 2017 to 6 January 2018 and from 29 March 2018 to 3 April 2018.

These packages are for luxury accommodation only. International flights are not included and need to be purchased separately.

Blackout dates - dates that are not available for stay - and sold-out dates cannot be selected. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Can I change my check in date post purchase?: Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. Booking confirmation must be presented at check-in.

All surcharges are payable directly to the hotel.

Guests must drink responsibly. The resort reserves the right to deny the supply of alcohol at their discretion and may charge for particularly expensive items that are requested.

Guests will be sent a pre-arrival form after making their booking. This must be completed and returned at least seven days before your arrival. Please note, some food and beverage requests are subject to availability and the discretion of the resort.

Helicopter Transfer Information:
Guests are required to advise flight details (as soon as flights are booked) directly with transfer company via www.pacificislandair.com or +679 672 5644.

Guests must land in Nadi before 3:30pm in order to use the helicopter transfers.

Baggage allowance is 15kg per person with excess baggage fees of FJD10 per kilo (approx AUD$6) payable depending on availability of space. If no space is available the luggage can be stored at the airport in locked lockers or sent on the next available flight.

All departures are subject to weather conditions. Should weather conditions result in flights not being able to carried out and no alternative transport can be arranged, passengers may be required to overnight at their own expense. Travel insurance is encouraged.

Operating time within daylight hours typically 6:45am and 5:30pm. Please note May, June and July have shortened daylight hours.

Although departure times are confirmed at time of booking, actual flight times are subject to change due to flight scheduling. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. Pacific Island Air will confirm flight times the night before to the resort.

Helicopters can carry surfboards under 6ft7 only.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this accommodation package.

Strictly no refunds for this accommodation package for amendments and change of date - fees are at the resort’s discretion/policy.

Please be advised that rack rates may not be reflective of actual rates being charged, dependent on the timing and manner of your booking and therefore are only indicative of the level of saving.
