Daily flights operate from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to Nadi in Fiji. Adelaide has direct services once a week. Connections are available from all other major and regional Australian cities. Virgin Australia, Fiji Airways and Jetstar all operate services to Nadi. Your package includes return van transfers from Nadi to Denarau Helipad and a 15-minute helicopter flight to the island resort.

If you make a booking within 14 days of purchase and don’t secure your preferred dates (with the exception of Blackout Periods) we will give you a full refund. Note: You are required to provide evidence in the form of a ‘rejected request’ email from our hotel partner. At this point, we will escalate to the hotel and aim to secure your preferred date. If it is still unavailable we will promptly provide a full refund.

Guests must land in Nadi before 3:30pm in order to use the helicopter transfers.

Baggage allowance is 15kg per person with excess baggage fees of FJD10 per kilo (approx AUD$6) payable depending on availability of space. If no space is available the luggage can be stored at the airport in locked lockers or sent on the next available flight.

All departures are subject to weather conditions. Should weather conditions result in flights not being able to carried out and no alternative transport can be arranged, passengers may be required to overnight at their own expense. Travel insurance is encouraged.

Operating time within daylight hours typically 6:45am and 5:30pm. Please note May, June and July have shortened daylight hours.

Although departure times are confirmed at time of booking, actual flight times are subject to change due to flight scheduling. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. Pacific Island Air will confirm flight times the night before to the resort.

Helicopters can carry surfboards under 6ft7 only.

Menu options are subject to change.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this accommodation package.
