Splitters Farm is located just a 15-minute drive from Bundaberg town centre or a five-hour drive from Brisbane. Spend your time getting to know the rescued animals on the farm or exploring the surrounding region, home to the Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Botanic Gardens and Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery. The property is located a 20-minute drive from Bundaberg Regional Airport (BDB). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • Daily bread or baked goods will be delivered each day at approximately 8am.
  • Firewood will be delivered to your doorstep each day at approximately 4pm. Please place any requests for additional wood prior to 3pm.
  • Please attend a welcome briefing on arrival to learn how to navigate the farm and interact safely with the animals.
  • Self-guided farm access is included in your stay between 10am and 4.30pm.
  • Food is provided outside each enclosure so guests can hand-feed the rescued farm animals.
  • A welcome bottle of Australian sparkling wine is provided in your fridge for your arrival.
  • Complimentary kayak or go-kart rental must be booked with reception upon arrival.
  • VIP Picnic Box (select packages only): Includes a gourmet hamper of locally made delicacies, picnic cushions, rug hire and pre-pack cutlery. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy and lactose-free options available on request. Orders required one day prior via Reservations. Menu subject to change based on seasonality and availability. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
