  • Daily breakfast is served from 7.30am at Down to Earth and So Chill.
  • Dinner is served until 10.30pm at Down to Earth, Asian Kitchen, So Chill, Overseas, So Local and So Wild.
  • Should a guest wish to enjoy dinner at any other outlet, they will receive US$250 per adult, US$125 per child to do so. Any consumption exceeding the credit limit will be charged as a supplement (published rates are applicable). In-villa dining, So Bespoke and Irori Grill are excluded from this credit and will be charged at published menu prices. Resort credit is valid per day only, and unused credit cannot be carried forward or accumulated.
  • Children staying free dine from kids’ menus (breakfast and dinner only) and sleep in the children’s sleeping area of each villa.
  • Complimentary watersports include kayaks, SUP, snorkelling, windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking until 21 days prior to the original check-in date, however the following fees will apply: $995 per adult (12+) for economy class bookings, $795 per child (2–11) for economy class bookings; $2,995 for adults and children (2+) for business class bookings. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fees will be refunded to your original payment or credit.

Cancellation can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. If refunded as credit, your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
