7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Thai massages are redeemable at Sofitel SPA with L’Occitane. The Spa is open every day from 10am to 8pm.
- Your one-time three-course dinner is served from a set menu at Bella Sera Restaurant. The venue is open for dinner every day from 5pm to 10pm. Reservations are required, contact the hotel directly.
- Daily Access to Club Millésime includes exclusive access to the executive lounge on the 31st floor. The lounge serves a curated afternoon tea from 2pm to 4pm and canapes in the evening. Club Millésime is open daily from 6:30am to 9pm.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Bella Sera Restaurant. The venue is open Monday – Friday from 6:30am to 10:30am and Saturday – Sunday from 6:30am to 11am.
- Nightly free-flow cocktails and canapes are served in the Club Millésime executive lounge on the 31st floor from 5pm to 7pm. This service includes an extensive selection of wine, spirits and signature cocktails.
- Late 1pm checkout is subject to availability – please consult with hotel staff at check-in.
Return Airport Transfer Upgrade Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
