Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Valid for travel from 1 November 2019 until 23 December 2023 (bookings must be made before 31 October 2023).

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner: Guests staying over a period that includes 31 December must attend a compulsory New Year’s Eve dinner at the hotel at a surcharge of AU$120 per adult and AU$60 per child. Payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Includes food only.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 25 March 2020, 14 March 2021, 3 March 2022 and 22 March 2023, during which airports are closed and check-in and checkout at the resort is unavailable.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Transfers: A private, one-way airport transfer included is in your package. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact ICS Travel Group directly via email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com. You must provide the following information at time of booking (and no later than 48 hours prior to arrival):

• A copy of your booking confirmation email
• Names of all travellers
• Ages of children travelling
• Arrival date and time
• Airline and flight number
• Contact phone number
• The code ‘LUXSOFITEL’

**IMPORTANT: **Transfers are in Toyota APV’s or Toyota Avanza’s and are for a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under) per package. Maximum three luggage pieces allowed per car due to space restrictions of the vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions. Surcharges may apply should a larger vehicle be required.

Luxury Room, Luxury Lagoon-View Room & Luxury Pool-Access Room – Packages are valid for  two people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged eight years and under).

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests aged nine years and over are not permitted.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged eight years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding (king or two standard double beds) and one single rollaway, with accommodation, daily kids’ club and meals per package inclusions only. Upon booking, children’s ages MUST be stated.

Baby Policy: Infants (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. One cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Interconnecting Luxury Rooms – Packages are valid for two people

The first two children may stay sleeping on existing bedding, with accommodation, daily kids’ club and meals per package inclusions only. A third child may stay sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only, families travelling with three children may require a larger transfer vehicle which will attract a surcharge. Upon booking, children’s ages MUST be stated.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. One cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Luxury Pool-Access Room Upgrade: Please note that this upgrade does NOT include Club Millesime benefits.

Kids Club: Please note a surcharge of AU$37 per child for four hours, applies for children aged three years and under

Massage Inclusion: Massages must be booked at least one day in advance.
