7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 1 May 2023 until 30 June 2024 (bookings must be made before 30 April 2024).

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 25 and 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$150 per adult (12+) and US$75 per child (6-11) applies for the compulsory Christmas and New Year’s Eve gala dinners at Rocka Restaurant. Payable directly to the resort.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 11 March 2024, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Dining Fine Print:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Dining closed for Nyepi Day 11 March 2024.
• Two-course lunch or dinner served at Rocka. Lunch from 12pm to 5pm, and dinner from 6pm to 11pm.
• Two-course dinner at Watu Steakhouse includes set menu dinner from 6pm to 11pm daily. Dinner at Watu Steakhouse is not valid for Christmas/New Year/any special events. Cannot be combined on the same day as choice of lunch or dinner at Rocka. There is no overlap of both inclusions being used on the same date. Advanced bookings essential.
• Daily breakfast is from 7.30am to 11am.
• Two-hour free-flow drinks at Cliff Bar is held from 3pm to 5pm, and includes drinks from the Six Senses Special Cocktail or Mocktail Menu.
• Daily unlimited ice cream complimentary for all in-house guests from 12pm to 4pm.
• Children aged 4 and under stay and eat free. Children aged 5 — 11 stay free and receive a 50% discount on all additional food and beverage.

Airport Transfers

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com.
• Suitable for three guests or two adults and two children
• Infant seat can be pre booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guest can bring their own.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
• Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
