Sini Vie Resort & Spa Seminyak by iNi Vie Hospitality enjoys a convenient location in the heart of bustling Seminyak, just a 10-minute drive from Seminyak Beach and Seminyak Village – one of the best shopping areas in town. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is served a la carte from 7.30am–10.30am at Shichirin Japanese Restaurant Seminyak by Wonderspace .
• Daily choice of two-course lunch or two-course dinner is available from 12pm–4pm and 6pm–9pm. All meals will be served in Shichirin Japanese Restaurant Seminyak by Wonderspace unless otherwise specified. This should be booked in advance.
• Afternoon tea is available from 3.30pm–4.30pm daily at Shichirin Japanese Restaurant Seminyak by Wonderspace .
• The free-flow cocktail hour is available for any one-hour slot at the Pool Bar or in-villa between 11am–8pm. Guests can choose from a set menu of signature cocktails.
• The 60-minute Balinese massage at Svaha Spa needs to be booked one day in advance.
• The 500k Wonderpass dining voucher can be redeemed at all outlet venues found here. The full credit does not need to be used in one transaction.
• The Jungle Club Ubud entry includes a signature cocktail per adult. Transfers are not included.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club entry includes a signature cocktail per adult. Transfers are not included.
• Sini Vie Resort & Spa Seminyak does not have elevator/lift access for guests.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Return private airport transfers, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
• Flight number and arrival time
• Child seats requirements
• Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
