Silavadee Pool Spa Resort is located on the popular island of Koh Samui, the third largest in Thailand, where you’ll find an abundance of stunning beaches, waterfalls and viewpoints. The resort is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Koh Samui Airport (USM). Airport transfers are included in your package, please see the Fine Print for details.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is an American-style buffet or a la carte served at Moon Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Lunch and dinner is available at Moon Restaurant during opening hours from 6.30am to 11pm. Dinner is also available at STAR Rooftop Bar from 5pm to 11pm.
• Daily free-flow cocktail hour is available at Sun Lounge from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, including select items only. Soft drinks are available.
• Return private airport transfers are provided by the resort and must be booked by emailing reservations@silavadeeresort.com with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to arrival time.
• Massage includes a 60-minute Thai or oil massage for two adults only and must be booked at least one day in advance at the spa reception or main lobby.
• Water sports equipment must be reserved one-hour in advance from the main lobby.
• Scheduled shuttles must be reserved one-hour in advance from the main lobby. Maximum capacity is eight guests per trip.

Please note until 19 December 2025, the resort will be undergoing renovations which may impact access to some onsite facilities:

• Fitness centre: Temporarily relocated next to the new Muay Thai Boxing Ring. Yoga and personal training sessions available upon request. Guests can pre-book fitness appointments through the reservations team.
• The Height restaurant: The Thai restaurant will undergo a full renovation. During this time, guests can enjoy Thai cuisine at Moon restaurant.
• Silavadee Spa: The spa remains open and has been relocated to a dedicated villa space.
• Pool Availability: The beachfront pool will be temporarily closed. Guests are invited to use the pool at the Sun Lounge Area, which remains fully operational.
• In addition to package inclusions during the renovation period, guests will also receive the following daily resort credits which can be used at any resort facility:
  • THB1,000 per villa, per night for guests staying in any Pool Villa.
