This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Additional fees apply to children 4-12 years old for breakfast when sharing existing bedding This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. Thailand SHA Plus is a health and safety certification (an additional level to the SHA standard), for properties that are open to vaccinated travelers and have at least 70% of staff vaccinated, issued by the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration.

• Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Due to minor scheduling adjustments, the reopening of The HEIGHT Restaurant is scheduled for 1 May 2026, with the venue remaining unavailable until 30 April 2026. This adjustment will have no impact on the overall guest experience. The resort continues to operate fully as normal, including:
  • All accommodation areas
  • Alternative dining venues serving The HEIGHT Restaurant menu
  • Both swimming pools, available as usual
  • The Fitness Centre, which remains temporarily relocated and fully functional
• As a token of our sincere appreciation for your continued understanding, the previously confirmed daily resort credit will of course remain in place. This includes:
  • THB 500 net per room per night for guests staying in any Deluxe Room category
  • THB 1,000 net per villa per night for guests staying in any Pool Villa category
• In addition, the complimentary Sundowner Experience at the Sun Lounge, available daily from 4.30pm — 5.30pm, will also continue to be extended for the duration of your stay.
• Furthermore, should unforeseen circumstances arise and you find it necessary to cancel, we kindly offer complimentary cancellation for bookings made at least 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel within this period at no cost at reservations@silavadeeresort.com.

Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 4 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.
