Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

3-Day, 1 Park Per Day Disneyland Resort Ticket Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Three-day Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park ticket: entitling guest to one park per day admittance to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
• Your Disneyland Resort e-ticket will be added to your account within 28 days of your hotel check-in.
• Guests with a valid Ticket should visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration is required. Availability can change until the park reservation is finalized. Guests with multi-day Tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
• At the park ensure you have made your Theme Park Reservation as above. Proceed directly to the applicable park entrance on the applicable date and present your theme park reservation and ticket, or have them scanned from your mobile device that has internet access. You will not need to wait in Will Call or Ticket Purchase queues.
• Tickets expire 13 days after first use or 12 January 2026, whichever occurs first, and each day of use of a Park Hopper® Ticket constitutes one full day of use.
• Ticket valid for ages 3+. Infants under two may attend free of charge without a ticket required. Entry without a valid ticket will not be permitted.
• Guests with a multi-day ticket must make a park reservation for each date of their visit. Guests with a Park Hopper® Ticket must make a park reservation for the first theme park they wish to visit to begin their day; then they can cross over and switch between parks on the same day after 11am (subject to availability). After 11am, guests with a Park Hopper® Ticket who have a park reservation for both parks and who have not entered any park yet, may enter either park despite the first park that is designated. The ability to visit the other park will be subject to that park’s capacity limitations, operational hours, closures and other restrictions, and is not guaranteed.
