The resort is approximately a 25-minute drive from Nadi Airport (NAN). Roundtrip international flights from select cities are included in your package, but airport transfers are not included. Date Changes: Date changes are permitted up to 60 days prior to departure, subject to fare differences, availability, airline fees, LE fees and surcharges. If you need to amend your booking please contact our 24/7 customer service team.

Flights:

• Roundtrip economy-class international flights are included in your package.
• The flight selected during the purchase process will determine the specific terms and conditions of the airfare.
• Most airfares have change or cancellation fees attached. In some cases, fares may be non-changeable and non-refundable. As soon as you purchase your flights, these fees come into effect.
• Luxury Escapes may also charge a change or cancellation fee in addition to the airline fees. These can be located in the general terms and conditions under the subheading ‘Flights’. Please ensure you make yourself familiar with these prior to purchasing.
• Please note, infants are not currently able to be booked on bundled flights through our website. Please contact our customer service team for assistance if you are travelling with infants.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• One child/infant OR up to two children (12 and under) stay, play and eat free: Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for resort credit, cash or any other offers. No rebates will be made if offer is not utilised. Participating restaurants only, drinks not included.
• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Resort credit accumulates over the course of your stay and can be used with no minimum spend anywhere at the resort. The credit can be used for food and drinks at onsite venues and room service only.

Inclusions:

• Roundtrip boat transfer to and from Cloud 9 departing from Denarau Marina.
• FJ$60 bar credit redeemable for food and drinks, or merchandise (non-refundable).

Fine Print:

• Book your desired date/time on your My Escapes page after purchase.
• Adult rates are 16 years and over.
• Child rates are 10-15 years.
• Children under 10 years of age are not permitted.
• Boat transfer check-in begins one hour prior to departure.
• Cloud 9 does not accept cash for purchases on board – only Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
• No external food and drinks are allowed.
• Please bring towels, swimwear, sunscreen and card for payments.
