7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Lagoon Terrace Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.
- Dining Credit: Daily dining credit is FJ$157.50 lunch and dinner credit per person ($315 per package). All included must be used during your stay and does not accumulate. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at specified onsite venues (excludes minibar, bars and room service). No minimum spend applies. Credit amount cannot be used at any retail shops on property. Any charges in excess of these allocations are chargeable. The guest will need to pay the difference directly to the hotel. Unutilised meals or credits are forfeited and is non-refundable. Cannot be encashed or transferred to settle other charges including day trips or any other activities.
- Free-flow drinks (select packages only) include unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from a select menu, available between 12pm and 10pm. This includes house beer, wine, soft drinks and select cocktails.
- Resort Inclusions, available across all room categories, include guaranteed ocean or lagoon views from every room, complimentary WiFi, full access to the resort’s pool facilities, Health Club and tennis courts, complimentary use of non-motorised water sports, a welcome drink on arrival, and complimentary access to the Little Chiefs Club for children 12 years and under, as well as access to the Resort’s Marine Education Centre.
- Children staying free may eat free at assigned ‘kids eat free’ restaurants, ordering from designated children’s menus, and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Reef Wing amenities are exclusive to guests staying in the Reef Wing. These rooms are adults-only and can only be booked by those 16 years and above.
- Credit cards will incur a surcharge of 3% upon checkout.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer for up to six guests, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- Should you require child seats, this will be an additional charge payable to Tour Managers Fiji. Please advise of your requirements at the time of booking.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
