This property offers transfers from the airport. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. To enter the island, all guests must present a printed copy of their hotel booking reservation. Guests planning to arrive between 7 PM-7 AM will be charged an additional PHP 1,000 per room for the speedboat transfer, and must contact this property in advance. Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for guests age 12 and older.

One time Environmental Fee of PHP150 for local tourists above 12 years old and PHP300 for foreign tourists above 12 years old is not included and payable to the hotel directly upon checkout.

Transfer fee of PHP1000 per room, per way, for arrivals and departures between 7pm to 7am is not included and payable to the hotel directly upon checkout.
