Seaside Finolhu Maldives is located on the UNESCO-protected Baa Atoll Biosphere Reserve. One of just 26 natural atolls in the Indian Ocean, its crystal-clear waters are protected from fishing and development, meaning snorkelling and scuba diving give way to a vibrant underwater ecosystem bursting with striking coral, multicoloured fish and sea life.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your hotel booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to availability and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please note unlimited changes are not applicable for flights.

Book with 100% Confidence: Right up until 14 days before check-in you can either convert your booking into a ‘Buy now, choose dates later’ package or cancel your booking with 100% credit towards future travel. If you opt to cancel your booking, a credit will be issued provided the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before check-in. After that time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please Note:

• Green Tax: Green tax is included in your package and does not need to be paid direct. However, please note that green tax charges of US$6 per person, per day apply for extra guests.
• Seaplane Transfers: Return transfers from Malé via seaplane are included in your package between 9am and 3pm, as seaplanes operate during daylight hours only. Baggage allowance for passengers is 20kg checked luggage and 5kg hand luggage per person. Any excess baggage is chargeable at a cost of US$5 per kg, payable at the airport.
• Guests must get in touch with the resort at least seven days prior to arrival to organise transfers.
• Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Free-flow alcoholic drinks are available only for adults aged 18 years and over.
• All-inclusive standard packages exclude premium and exclusive beverage menus.
• Specialty dining credit is non-cumulative.
