Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$200 per adult (12+) and US$100 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Rempah-Rempah Dining Room.
• Guests can request a floating breakfast in lieu of the buffet. Floating breakfasts must be requested in advance.
• Breakfast is from 7am to 10.30am.
• Guests can enjoy their choice of two-course lunch and dinner at Rempah-Rempah Dining Room or Crystal Blue Ocean Grill, or a four-course Indonesian dinner at Wantilan. Reservations are required for Wantilan at least one day in advance.
• Daily afternoon tea can be redeemed at any restaurant or in-suite between 2.30pm and 5pm.
• Daily free-flow applies to all non-alcoholic drinks. Guests can redeem these drinks at any restaurant or bar during opening hours.
• The ice cream service for children (11 and under), fruit service and cooling cucumber eye compress is served poolside daily at 3pm.
• Minibar is replenished daily with local beer and soft drink.
• Nighly sunset cocktails are served at Te.Ja.Co Lounge & Bar in the lobby area from 5pm until 7pm.
• Balinese cooking classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11.15am.
• The 50-minute Balinese massage can be redeemed at Galangal Spa or in-room between 10am and 9pm. Advance reservations are required.
• Non-motorised watersports do not need to be booked in advance. Availability is dependent on tide conditions.
• The hospitality lounge consists of a lounge area, mini cinema, small meeting room, library and shower facilities. Guests can use this if arriving or departing outside of standard check-in and checkout hours.
• The one-time private in-villa foam party (Packages 7+ nights only) must be booked in advance.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Access

• Inclusions: Entry to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the first party area (bar stool seating); one-time cocktail per adult (valued up to IDR 250,000); 35% discount on the minimum spend for upgrades including lounges, VIP areas and private cabana
• Luxury Escapes customers can enter when presenting their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on arrival (subject to availability).
• Transport to and from the Tropical Temptation Beach Club is not included.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time for Tropical Temptation Beach Club online before arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies). The booking process is:

• Children under 10 years of age are not permitted. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5 pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Return Private Airport Transfer

• Inclusions: Return airport transfers for up to six guests; English-speaking driver; airport parking fee and toll fee; one 330ml bottle of water per person
• You will be emailed an online form to book the date and time of your transfer within two days of purchase.

• The three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. The six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at IDR35,000 per seat each way.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
