7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Includes: Return transfers between your hotel, access to Luxury Escapes departure service, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR 100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR 100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR 500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine

• Access to Canna Bali is unlimited during your stay.
• Luxury Escapes Departure service includes private check-in, baggage storage and transfers from Canna Bali to airport (subject to airport transfers being included within your package).
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9.45pm) and Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pick-up when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp (+62 811 3830 1800) to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• For luxury private transfers the vehicle Toyota Alphard.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
