Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

100% Refund Guarantee: If you opt to cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued provided the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before check-in. After that time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy. Alternatively, if you opt to purchase a Buy Now, Choose Dates Later escape and are unable to find suitable dates within the package’s validity period we will offer you a refund. If you purchase this package with Luxury Escapes credit and cancel your booking under this 100% Refund Guarantee then you will receive a Luxury Escapes credit back to your account, and not be able to redeem your booking for cash.

Please note that the 100% Refund Guarantee does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Dining Credit: Credit cannot be used for themed/special resort events. Only for use of services offered in the resort’s restaurants facilities. The non-utilised credit balance will be considered void at the time of checkout and is non-refundable nor transferable.

Spa Vouchers: To be used for services at the resort’s spa only. One voucher per treatment/service session (treatments of 60 minutes or longer). Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with F&B credit or on any retail purchases of spa products in the spa outlet. The unused voucher value will be considered void at the time of checkout and is non-refundable nor transferable.

Optional Gala Dinner Surcharge: An optional Gala Dinner surcharge applies on New Year’s Eve, 31 December 2021, payable directly to the resort. This is priced at US$180 per adult (18 years+) and US$90 per child (aged six to 17 years, children aged six years and under are served on a complimentary basis).

Sky Room, Beach Room, Beach Villa & Overwater Villa – Packages are valid for two adults and one child (aged 17 years and under)

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child.

Child Policy: One child (aged 17 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation, breakfast and meals from the kids’ menu. Return speedboat transfers to the resort from Malé are complimentary for children aged six and under and are available for a surcharge of US$60 (plus taxes) for children aged seven to 17.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge with return speedboat transfers to the resort from Malé, and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Interconnecting Beach Rooms – Packages are valid for two adults and two children (aged 17 years and under)

Bedding configuration is one king bed and twin beds.
