The hotel is located within a 15-minute walk of the State Library, Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Queensland Museum, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and Streets Beach. Brisbane Airport (BNE) is a 25-minute drive, while the Gold Coast is approximately an hour drive away. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Daily buffet breakfast is served at Bacchus South Bank on Monday – Friday from 6.30am–10am and Saturday – Sunday from 6.30am–10.30am.
• Welcome drinks are served in CBD | Cafe Bar Dining upon arrival, including house beer, wine, sparkling or soft drink. On Friday and Saturday, welcome drinks are also served in Soleil Pool Bar upon arrival.
• Dining credit is cumulative over the duration of your stay. It may be redeemed daily at CBD | Cafe Bar Dining or at Soleil Pool Bar Friday and Saturday. Not valid for in-room dining or minibar. No restrictions or minimum spend.
• Maximum height for valet parking is 2.1 metres

Story Bridge Climb (select packages only)

• Story Bridge Climb experiences (select packages only) is available daily at 10am. This experience is not valid for 25 December 2025.
• All climbers will be supplied with a fully enclosed climb suit and an all-weather jacket (in the case of inclement weather)
• Loose items are not permitted, including mobile phones and GoPros. Secure lockers are provided for personal items
• Your ticket includes one complimentary group photo, which will be issued via email. Additional photos are available for purchase, payable directly to Story Bridge Climb Adventure
• Prior to climbing, you’ll be asked to fill in a Climber Declaration Form. This will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your booking. Please be open and honest about any pre-existing medical conditions so your suitability for the climb can be assessed (all correspondence is confidential)
• Please allow at least two hours for this experience
• Maximum group size for this experience is 14 people
• Children must be aged 6+ to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian (17+) at all times. Children aged 6–9 require one adult per child. Children aged 10–16 require one adult per three children
• All climbers will be required to take a breathalyser test and register under 0.05%
• This experience is not suitable for guests with any of the following medical conditions: neck, back or heart disorders, high or low blood pressure, recent surgery, illness or injury, or other adverse medical conditions
• Pregnant people under 20 weeks may climb at their own risk. Pregnant people over 20 weeks are prohibited from climbing
• Maximum weight restriction is 130kg. Minimum height restriction is 110cm
• This is an all-weather activity and will operate in the rain. Climbs are only rescheduled in the event of electrical storms or hail and this decision is made after your 20-minute safety induction when you are about to step onto the bridge so attendance is required no matter what the weather is like
