Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Grand Deluxe Garden View Suite & Pool Garden View Suite – Packages are valid for two people (one child aged 11 years and under stays free with meals per package inclusions)

Maximum Room Capacity:  The maximum room capacity is  three people.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB2,400 per night, sleeping on an extra bed/sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and all meals (when dining with a paying adult). A rollaway bed can be requested at a surcharge of THB1,200 per night. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy.

Family Pool Suite – Packages are valid for two people (up to two children aged 11 years and under stay free with meals per package inclusions)
