Getting to Luang Prabang is easy. Regular flights are available with Singapore Airlines, Bangkok Airways and more, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 20 hours with minimum one stopover.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of six hours with minimum one stopover), Hong Kong (approx flight time of seven hours with minimum one stopover), Dubai (approx flight time of ten hours with minimum one stopover) and Bangkok (approx flight time of one and a half hours).

The resort is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Luang Prabang Airport. Convenient airport transfers are included in your package, please contact the resort prior to your arrival to arrange them.

A non-compulsory Gala Dinner will be held on 24th December 2019 and 31st December 2019. Adults (aged 12 years and over) will incur a surcharge of US$84 per person, and children (aged 11 years and under) will incur a surcharge of US$42 per child. This will include food and entertainment with traditional Laotian dance.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people. Extra guests, children and infants cannot be accommodated.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$174 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
