Getting to Phuket is easy. Regular flights are available with Virgin Australia, Jetstar and Thai Airways, departing most Australian capital cities with one possible stopover and an approximate flight time of 10.5 hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 3.5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 6.5 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 1.5 hours).

The resort is approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Phuket International Airport.

Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Sand Box Restaurant and Bar is undergoing renovations from April 2022 – June 2022. During the renovation, Loca Vore will be open from 7am – 11am for buffet breakfast and from 6pm – late for dinner, Doppio will be open from 11am – 5pm, The Lounge will be open from 3pm – late, Takieng will be open from 12pm – late for lunch and dinner and the pop-up Pool Bar will be open from 11am – 7pm for drinks and snacks.
